Next, find out if the company actually helps with the cleanout process. If they have a team that can come in and get it cleaned out for you, this can increase the speed that you can get this project done. That can make your job much easier.
The second profit opportunity is to introduce yourself to the owner or manager of the storage facility. Keep excess materials in a protected storage unit. There’s no need to keep excess materials on-site, especially during harsh winter months. Keep extra materials in a safe and dry place until needed. This will save you the headache of trying to protect more materials than you need to.
